Terms of Payments
¨ The price for each unit is ,000 with payment terms of:
¨ 40% at start,
¨ 40% at roof level and
¨ 20% at handover.
¨ Buyers will be asked to sign a Sales Agreement
¨ Individual payment proposals may be considered.
¨ Keys and official documents will be given to the buyer as soon as full payment is made
