Taysec Construction Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Taylor Woodrow Construction, and a household name in Ghana.This year 2002, Taysec celebrates 55 years of continuous operation in Ghana. During this time we have successfully completed over 200 projects throughout Ghana.
In delivering projects to our customers we continually employ innovative solutions to provide added value. Chief amongst these is the current use of the design and build form of procurement.
We utilise the latest programming and planning software packages and combined with the extensive use of Information Technology systems greatly enhances the management of our projects.

Five years ago, responding to continued customer demands, Taysec Construction Limited entered into the real estate business. Taysec Gardens was developed on Taysec land. This was followed by the successful alema Court, completed in May 2001 in Airport resdential area.
